DESCRIPTION:Balmorhea\, DEMA\, board elections\, Christmas party\, dives for 2025 — \nLots to discuss at our meeting! \nPlease join us for our Scubadillo meeting\, Thursday\, Dec. 5\, at BJ’s Brewhouse (just east of On the Border) in Addison. \nIt’s our last meeting for 2024. We’ll have an update from the divers who went to West Texas to dive Balmorhea and see the stars. We’ll hear about the recent Diving Equipment and Marketing Association (DEMA) show in Las Vegas\, plans for the Dec. 14 Christmas and dive events in the works for 2025. \nWe’ll also have our annual elections for the board. \nDon’t miss it!  \nMeeting details\nOur meeting begins at 7 p.m. If your schedule permits\, please come for the social/dinner hour around 6 p.m. Get there a little earlier to take advantage of BJ’s happy hour on food and drinks. HH ends at 6 p.m. \nBring some cash for the raffle\, which offers fun\, mostly useful items! \nFins up!

And we’ll raffle off two $50 gift certificates to ScubaToys. \nWe’ll also have our “Deco Santa” gift exchange\, max value $25. With all the fun stealing from one another\, it is a crowd favorite! Bring a wrapped item to share in the frivolity. \nMembers and guests. All are welcome! Look for tennis courts.\nThere’s plenty of parking.\nCost: Free to members. Guests pay $10.
